The State of Arizona has negotiated lower pricing for unlimited plans on behalf of public safety agencies in the state.  To access the Arizona pricing, agencies must be a member of the state Co-op.  There is no cost to join the Coop – just a simple registration process.

Information on becoming a member can be found on the State Procurement Office website at https://spo.az.gov/procurement-services/cooperative-procurement.
